In just two years, DEKRA Technology & Services has grown from a concept to a rapidly growing company that is a cornerstone of the parent company's global IT infrastructure.Purpose of the RoleWe are looking for a Power Platform Enablement & Training Specialist to drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform across the organization through structured learning, hands-on enablement, and practical guidance.You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for Citizen Developers, Solution Owners, Environment Administrators, and business users. Working closely with the Governance Manager, Community Manager, and Power Platform Administrators, you will ensure that users have the knowledge, confidence, and support required to build sustainable and compliant solutions that deliver business value.This role combines instruction, coaching, content creation, and stakeholder engagement to help grow a thriving low-code community within a global and diverse organization.Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:Design and deliver Power Platform training programs, workshops, webinars, and learning paths. Create and maintain training materials, guides, FAQs, videos, and knowledge articles. Coach and support Citizen Developers, Solution Owners, and Environment Administrators. Drive adoption and awareness of Power Platform capabilities, governance, and best practices. Facilitate community activities & and knowledge-sharing sessions. Support onboarding of new Power Platform users and stakeholders. Gather feedback and continuously improve enablement and training offerings. Track training effectiveness and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Governance, Community, and Platform Administration teams. Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and incorporate relevant updates into training content.The more points that apply to you, the more you can earn with us:Owning skills at least 3 years’ work experience in Power Platform enablement, training delivery, user adoption, or related low-code technologies.Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable professional qualificationStrong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Governance, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.Experience designing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, webinars, and learning content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, practical, and business-friendly manner while coaching and mentoring users to build knowledge and confidence.Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
