We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power Tools Repair Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the inspection, repair, maintenance, packing, shifting and testing of various power tools, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards and general Showroom operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric, battery-operated, and pneumatic power tools
• Perform routine maintenance and functionality tests
• Maintain accurate records of service and parts used
• Ensure tools meet all safety standards
• Support with stacking, packing, and shifting of tools and materials
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repair timelines and tool status
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Provide general helping support as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience with power tool repairs (brands like Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. a plus).
• Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and part diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and service logging.
