This role requires strong experience with strong experience in Microsoft Fabric to build scalable analytics solutions to enable scalable, secure, and automated delivery of products and data analytics solutions. This role combines Power BI expertise with data modelling, integration, and platform-level responsibilities across enterprise data ecosystems.Withum has become synonymous with teamwork and client service excellence. But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities.How You'll Spend Your Time:Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models aligned to enterprise standardsDesign scalable data models (star/snowflake schemas)Build and optimize DAX measures, calculations, and reusable datasetsIntegrate Power BI with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake)Develop and maintain dataflows (Gen2), pipelines, and data integration workflowsImplement governance practices including RLS, access control, and dataset managementPerform performance tuning of reports, datasets, and queriesCollaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders for requirement deliverySupport CI/CD and version control (Git / Azure DevOps)Mentor junior developers and enforce development standardsTechnical SkillsPower BI: DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, performance tuningSemantic modeling and dataset optimizationSecurity: Row-Level Security (RLS) / Object-Level Security (OLS)Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake integrationSQL: Advanced querying and optimizationData integration: APIs and external sourcesGit-based version control and CI/CDGood to HaveAzure services: ADF, Synapse, DatabricksExposure to data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, pipelines)Data governance toolsPower BI Embedded / API integrationsPower Platform ALMMulti-tenant / customer platform experience

Requirements
