Location: UAEIndustry: Automotive PPF / Window Film / Car Protection SolutionsExperience: 2–3 yearsWe are looking for an experienced and skilled PPF Installation Technician / Trainer to join our growing team in the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform professional installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF) on different types of vehicles.Ensure high-quality installation with clean edges, proper alignment, and minimal visible seams.Handle different vehicle models and challenging areas, including curved surfaces, bumpers, mirrors, headlights, and other complex parts.Conduct PPF product installation training for customers, installers, and internal team members.Demonstrate proper installation techniques, tools, cutting methods, surface preparation, stretching, positioning, and finishing.Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation.Identify installation issues and provide practical solutions.Develop and maintain standardized installation procedures and best practices.Assist the sales team and customers with technical product demonstrations when required.Support product testing and provide technical feedback on new PPF products.Travel within the UAE and, when required, to other Gulf countries for customer training and technical support.Requirements2–3 years of hands-on experience in PPF installation.Strong technical skills and proven experience working with automotive PPF.Ability to independently complete high-quality PPF installations.Strong understanding of different PPF materials, installation techniques, and tools.Good training and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly demonstrate techniques to others.Good English communication skills.Able to communicate professionally with customers and business partners.UAE automotive industry experience is preferred.Experience in Window Film, Car Wrapping, or Automotive Detailing will be an advantage.Willingness to travel for customer training and technical support when required.A valid UAE driving licenseWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience and technical skills.Professional product and technical training.Opportunity to work with an international automotive protection brand.Career development opportunities in the growing UAE and Middle East market.Opportunities to participate in customer training and regional technical support.
