AGOrganica’s client-focused approach and global reach provide team members with exposure to innovative projects and collaborative work with leading brands.Role Description The PPIC Manager role at AGOrganica is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for production planning, material requirement planning, and inventory control to ensure that manufacturing schedules align with customer orders and capacity. The PPIC Manager coordinates with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels, prevent shortages or overstock situations, and maintain timely deliveries. Daily activities include analyzing sales forecasts, preparing production plans, tracking work-in-progress, updating ERP or planning systems, and generating reports on productivity, lead times, and capacity utilization. The role also involves monitoring adherence to quality and safety standards, identifying process improvements, and supporting cross-functional communication to keep operations efficient and cost-effective.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in production planning, material requirement planning, and capacity planning to align manufacturing activities with demand.Candidates should possess skills in inventory management, stock control, and demand forecasting to balance material availability with cost efficiency.Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and ERP or planning software usage to monitor performance and support decision-making.Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.Candidates should possess skills in process improvement, problem-solving, and attention to detail to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delays.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Previous experience in PPIC, production planning, or supply chain management within cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing environments is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
