In addition to private label and customized manufacturing and packaging services, AGOrganica produces natural essential oils and cosmetic-grade butters, offering a comprehensive range of solutions to clients worldwide.Role Description The PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Manager for Cosmetic Industry at AGOrganica is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning production schedules, coordinating with R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The PPIC Manager monitors inventory levels, analyzes demand forecasts, and optimizes stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include tracking production progress, updating systems and reports, resolving bottlenecks in the production process, and aligning capacity planning with customer orders and launch timelines. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting continuous process improvements, and contributing to efficient manufacturing operations in the cosmetic sector.Qualifications Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to meet delivery and quality expectations.Demonstrated team leadership skills, including guiding production and warehouse teams, coordinating schedules, and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.Experience with sales and demand planning, including interpreting sales forecasts, coordinating with commercial teams, and aligning production plans with market requirements.Solid product knowledge in cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing, with understanding of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods specifications.Awareness of retail loss prevention principles, inventory control practices, and methods to minimize shrinkage and wastage across the supply chain.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in PPIC, ERP, or inventory management are an advantage.Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Prior experience in cosmetic, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing environments, preferably in a PPIC, planning, or operations role.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly
