The intern will assist in drafting press releases, managing public relations activities, building and maintaining media relations, and supporting strategic communications initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with stylist, executing sourcing request, and contributing to the brand's overall PR and sourcing strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily with stylists for outfit requestsMaintain timely follow-ups on confirmations, dispatch, and returnsBuild and nurture relationships with stylists and industry contactsTrack all sourcing activities and update internal sheets regularlyCoordinate dispatch of outfits for shoots, appearances, and featuresFollow up to ensure proper brand tagging and visibilityEnsure timely returns and garment condition checksResearch current fashion, celebrity, and editorial trendsIdentify relevant opportunities for placements and featuresAssist in curating PR pitches tailored to editors and stylistsSupport in preparing pitch decks and brand notes when requiredQualificationsProficiency in Press Releases and Public RelationsStrong Communication and Media Relations skillsFamiliarity with Strategic Communications practicesAbility to work collaboratively and adapt within a team-oriented environmentEnthusiasm for fashion, along with a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices
