We aim to bring our experience, quality solutions, and customer-focused approach to support businesses across Saudi Arabia.Our services include machinery supply, technical support, installation, maintenance coordination, and after-sales service, helping our customers improve their productivity and efficiency.We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized PR, Customs & Administration Officer to support our growing operations in Saudi Arabia.This role is ideal for someone with experience in government relations, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and administration, preferably within the heavy machinery, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or related industry.Position: PR, Customs & Administration OfficerLocation: Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaNationality: Saudi National OnlyKey ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate company-related government and PR formalities.Handle Visa, Iqama, Contract, and medical procedures and documentation through platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, National Address, and other relevant government portals.Coordinate the customs clearance and import procedures for machinery, equipment, spare parts, and other shipments.Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, and government authorities.Review and verify HS Codes, customs duties, VAT, import documents, and regulatory requirements.Follow up on shipment status, customs inspections, approvals, and release procedures.Coordinate the transportation of machinery and equipment from ports or airports to warehouses, project sites, or customer locations.Support logistics planning, delivery coordination, documentation, and shipment tracking.Assist with warehouse setup, registrations, licenses, approvals, and related government documentation.Handle general office administration, document control, record maintenance, and operational coordination.Support other PR, logistics, customs, and administrative requirements as needed.Key Requirements2–3 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.Experience in PR/Government Relations, Customs Clearance, Logistics, or Administration.Background in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or related logistics operations is preferred.Good knowledge of FASAH, SABER, SASO, and ZATCA procedures.Familiarity with Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and National Address.Good understanding of import documentation, customs clearance procedures, HS Codes, duties, and VAT.Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with external authorities and service providers.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced operational environment.Arabic and English communication skills will be an advantage.Valid KSA driving License
