About UsSUR Media Agency is a cutting-edge marketing and communications firm based in Dubai, dedicated to elevating brands across the MENA region. We're looking for a driven PR Manager to join our team and lead the public relations efforts for our agency and clients.Role OverviewAs PR Manager at SUR Media Agency, you will be responsible for building and managing the public image of our clients and the agency itself. You'll develop strategic PR campaigns, cultivate media relationships, and ensure consistent, impactful brand narratives across traditional and digital channels in the UAE and broader MENA market. Our client portfolio spans beauty, fashion, and restaurants/F&B, so experience across lifestyle-driven industries is highly valued.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute PR strategies for agency clients across diverse industries including beauty, fashion, and restaurants• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media outlets in the UAE and MENA region• Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, statements, and thought leadership content• Manage crisis communications and protect client reputations proactively• Coordinate PR campaigns with internal creative, social media, and content teams• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular performance reports• Identify PR opportunities aligned with client goals and market trends Requirements• 3-5 years of PR experience, preferably in a marketing or communications agency• Strong existing media contacts in the UAE and/or MENA region• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)• Proven track record of successful media placements and campaign execution• Experience in digital PR, influencer relations, and social media integration• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field• Based in Dubai What We Offer• Competitive salary package• Dynamic, creative, and fast-paced work environment• Opportunity to work with leading brands across the MENA region• Career growth within an expanding agency• Collaborative team culture built on creativity and resultsApply by sending your CV and portfolio to: hr@suragency.ae
