PR Manager

We’re launching Bridgent, a new AdTech brand with an ambitious mission to make digital advertising more transparent, efficient, and valuable for publishers, advertisers, and audiences.We’re building a new audience-focused, AI-driven unified ad platform that brings supply and demand closer together and creates a more transparent and efficient programmatic ecosystem.As we launch the brand, we’re looking for a PR & Communications Manager who can help us build visibility and credibility from the ground up, with a strong focus on the US AdTech market.This is an opportunity to join at an early stage, shape the brand’s voice and communications strategy, build relationships with key industry media and journalists, and make Bridgent visible within the global AdTech community.Responsibilities

• Build and execute PR and communications strategy for the Bridgent brand, with a strong focus on the US AdTech and B2B technology markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant journalists, editors, publications, and industry influencers
• Secure high-quality coverage and thought leadership opportunities in AdTech, programmatic, advertising, business, and technology media
• Develop and pitch company stories, announcements, expert commentary, interviews, contributed articles, and other media opportunities
• Identify relevant industry awards and manage the application process to increase brand visibility and credibility
• Identify key global AdTech events and develop communication strategies around participation, speaking opportunities, networking, and brand exposure
• Support company executives in developing their personal brands through LinkedIn, expert content, interviews, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership
• Develop and maintain Bridgent’s presence across relevant review and industry platforms such as G2, Trustpilot, and other relevant channels
• Support the creation of sales and marketing materials including case studies, media kits, one-pagers, company profiles, and other external-facing materials
• Identify and evaluate relevant industry organizations and communities such as IAB, IAB Tech Lab, TAG, and other AdTech associations for memberships and strategic collaboration
• Coordinate content creation for owned channels, including the website, LinkedIn, social media, Reddit, and other relevant platforms
• Work closely with Business Development and leadership teams to align communications with business priorities and commercial goals
• Establish PR processes, media lists, reporting, and measurement from the ground up
• Monitor the US AdTech media landscape, competitor communications, industry trends, and emerging topics to identify relevant PR opportunitiesRequirements
• 4+ years of experience in PR, Communications, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, programmatic advertising, AdTech, or adjacent technology markets is strongly preferred
• Strong experience working with the US market, ideally with an established network of US-based journalists and media across AdTech, advertising, business, and technology
• Existing relationships with relevant journalists, editors, publications, and industry media
• Proven track record of securing media coverage and building brand visibility through earned media
• Strong understanding of the AdTech and programmatic ecosystem, or the ability to quickly develop deep industry knowledge
• Experience building PR and communications processes and strategies from the ground up
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex technology and business topics into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience with industry events, awards, speaking opportunities, and professional organizations
• Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
