With a strong, results-driven approach, Dr. Scent focuses on generating high-quality leads, optimizing conversion rates, and aligning marketing with sales, supported by effective team leadership to achieve measurable and sustainable growthKey Responsibilities:- Build and develop relationships with journalists, media platforms, and influencers.- Secure media appearances through interviews, reports, and coverage opportunities.- Organize and prepare press releases and oversee management's media appearances at exhibitions, events, and conferences.- Monitor media coverage, analyze public sentiment, and work to improve the company’s image.- Respond quickly and professionally to media crises while preparing approved official responses.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3–5 years of experience in public relations and media management.- Established network of media contacts and experience in writing press releases.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; professional appearance preferred.- Proficiency in crisis management, relationship building, and understanding media narratives.- Ability to generate monthly reports encompassing media coverage, sentiment analysis, and KPIs.
