This individual will be responsible for driving practice growth, developing and mentoring Talent Managers, expanding client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the local market. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on business development and will be committed to achieving and exceeding performance goals.ResponsibilitiesLead the overall growth, performance, and profitability of the assigned practiceDevelop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, productivity, and business development goalsRecruit, coach, mentor, and develop Talent Managers to maximize individual and team performanceBuild and expand relationships with new and existing clients to identify staffing needs and business opportunitiesLead business development efforts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship buildingPartner with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective staffing solutionsMonitor team performance, activity, and results while providing ongoing coaching and accountabilityIdentify market trends and opportunities to expand the practice and increase market shareCollaborate with other leaders and teams to maximize business opportunities and deliver exceptional client and candidate experiencesRepresent Robert Half in the local business community through networking and relationship-building activitiesLead by example through active participation in business development, recruiting, and client relationship managementQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredPrevious leadership or people-management experienceProven ability to develop business and build strong client relationshipsStrong coaching, mentoring, and team development skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentHighly motivated, energetic, and results-orientedDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and performance goals
