The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations of the firm, including resource planning, workflow management, and coordination between accounting, audit, taxation, legal, and secretarial teams. Responsibilities include supervising staff, tracking case and assignment progress, ensuring timely delivery of client work, and maintaining operational standards aligned with regulatory and internal quality requirements. The role involves managing client communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up, as well as supporting partners with reporting, performance metrics, and process improvements. The Practice Manager will also contribute to staff training, adherence to firm policies, and the continuous enhancement of service efficiency. The Practice Manager should also moniter Billing and timely collection. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong practice and operations management skills, including team coordination, workflow scheduling, and resource allocation.Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder management, professional correspondence, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as documentation management, deadline tracking, and systematic record-keeping.Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret practice performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including mentoring staff, providing feedback, and supporting a collaborative, respectful work environment.Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field are beneficial; experience in professional services, CA firms, or legal/consulting practices is an advantage.Proficiency with office productivity tools and practice management software, familiarity with accounting or case management systems, and strong attention to detail are preferred.Ability to work on-site in Chennai, support extended hours during peak periods, and maintain high ethical and professional standards is
