This role focuses on implementing organizational initiatives, driving team performance, managing practice operations, and partnering with the Therapy Supervisor to create an environment where exceptional mental health care can flourish.  Practice Managers at SOL Mental Health directly supervise non-clinical Care Team Members and partner with clinical leaders to lead assigned Care Centers.  Partner with Therapy Supervisors to align clinical and operational priorities and address practice challengesDrive patient access, flow, and experience by implementing standardized workflows across the care lifecycleOptimize scheduling, provider productivity, and clinician collaboration to support patient access and outcomesImprove key performance metrics, including new patient conversion, retention, and no-show/cancellation ratesOversee front desk operations, patient communication, and self-pay collections to ensure a high-quality experience and financial performanceLead practice-level financial and operational performance, including budget management and use of data to drive decisionsManage, coach, and develop the administrative care team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance managementEnsure regulatory compliance while leading operational initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and cross-functional collaborationOur Culture How we show up for each other and our patients: We Lead with Heart  We Look for the Good  We Strengthen Each Other  We Strive for Excellence  We Break New Ground   Commitment to Inclusion We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. Apply today and help shape the future of mental health care.
