We care deeply about our patients, our team, the details, and doing things the right way.We are looking for a Practice Manager who shares that mindset.This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, motivated, people-oriented leader who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, improving systems, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and employees.The RoleThe Practice Manager will work closely with the doctors to lead the daily operations of the practice and help translate the vision of Bocklet Orthodontics into consistent execution.You will be responsible for helping create a positive, accountable, high-performing team while ensuring the practice operates efficiently and provides an outstanding patient experience.This is a hands-on leadership position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being present with the team, coaching employees, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure the details of the practice are handled with excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Culture* Lead, encourage, and support our administrative and clinical teams* Help create a positive, professional, accountable workplace culture* Coach team members and provide ongoing feedback and development* Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management* Conduct regular team meetings and employee check-ins* Help establish clear expectations and maintain accountability* Recognize great performance and address performance issues appropriatelyPractice Operations* Oversee day-to-day practice operations* Ensure appropriate staffing and efficient team scheduling* Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions* Develop, document, and improve systems and workflows* Maintain consistency with office policies and procedures* Coordinate vendors, facilities, supplies, and operational needs* Help ensure the practice remains organized, efficient, and prepared for growthPatient Experience* Champion an exceptional patient and family experience throughout the practice* Help maintain a warm, welcoming, professional environment* Support the team in resolving patient concerns with empathy and professionalism* Continuously look for opportunities to improve the patient journey* Ensure our service standards are consistently reflected at every patient touchpointBusiness & Performance Management* Track and review key practice performance indicators* Help the doctors identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, scheduling, and patient conversion* Monitor practice goals and communicate progress with the team* Assist with financial and administrative oversight* Help implement strategic initiatives and practice improvements* Turn ideas and goals into actionable plans and follow through to completionWho We’re Looking ForThe right person does not necessarily need previous orthodontic experience.
