Nautica Wealth Management is committed to helping clients stay confident and on course, whatever their financial goals may be.Role Description The Practice Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the financial planning practice, including workflow management, staff coordination, and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding and review processes, coordinating adviser schedules, monitoring compliance and documentation, and ensuring high-quality client service across the practice. The Practice Manager will also handle reporting and analytics for practice performance, support budgeting and resource planning, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience. Regular collaboration with advisers, support staff, and external partners is required to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.QualificationsStrong practice management and operational skills, including workflow oversight, process improvement, and resource planning.Client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage client queries, support advisers, and maintain high service standards.Administrative and organizational skills, including documentation management, scheduling, reporting, and attention to detail.Compliance and risk management skills, with familiarity with financial services regulations and best practices in record-keeping.Leadership and people management capabilities, including staff coordination, performance support, and a collaborative working style.Proficiency with practice management software and CRM systems (e.g. X Plan, Worksorted etc) and common office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent).Relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, or professional services operations is highly regarded.Formal qualifications in business, finance, management, or a related field are beneficial; equivalent experience will also be considered.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
