Recently acquired earlier this year, the practice has undergone a rebrand & major refresh, and has a fantastic reputation already (4.9/5 google rating). You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all timesEnsuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statementProviding support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledgePlan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the roleMonitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targetsDealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functionsDeliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managingSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceWe are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years prior experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practiceWe are also also be open to considering applicants with prior management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality, with a willingness to dive into Dentistry and learn all about the industryMust be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvementExperience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experienceDentally software experience is preferred but not essentialEnsuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all timesExperience in providing exceptional patient care/customer serviceBenefitsHighly competitive salary of £40-45K P/A is on offer for this positionPerformance related bonus scheme of up to 20% of salary, based on key performance indicators in the practiceAccess to a large PM network within the business, with conferences, monthly meetings & development programmes for our managersA great deal of support in the role from individuals, quality systems and experienced head office departments such as recruitment, marketing & financeGDC, Indemnity and CPD costs covered if you're a Qualified Nurse - equivalent to circa £500 per yearAdditional annual leave giving you a day off on your birthdayRegular team & company social events, including a company wide Christmas Party, and a leadership conference in Marbella next yearA great deal of progression available within a forward thinking & rapidly expanding dental businessIND002
