The clinic focuses on personalized, patient-centered care and provides treatments using modern technologies and evidence-based approaches.They offer a combination of aesthetic and wellness treatments, including injectable treatments, skin and facial procedures, laser-based treatments, body and wellness services, and other personalized aesthetic solutions.About The RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced and polished Practice Manager to oversee the operations and patient experience of a luxury clinic in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a premium healthcare or aesthetic practice, with a strong understanding of clinic operations, VIP patient experience, team leadership, service excellence, and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and consistently high service standardsManage and lead clinical and administrative teams, supporting performance, coordination, and professional developmentOversee the complete patient journey and VIP experience, ensuring exceptional and personalized service at every touchpointMaintain the high operational and service standards expected within a luxury clinic environmentMonitor appointments, staffing, resources, patient feedback, and overall practice performanceSupport patient retention, relationship management, and business growth while maintaining a patient-centered approachEnsure clinic operations comply with DHA requirements, internal policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulationsRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsEuropean candidates onlyMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with proven experience managing a luxury/premium clinic or healthcare practiceDHA license/eligibility is preferred, where applicable to the candidate's professional backgroundStrong experience in clinic operations, team leadership, VIP patient relations, and service excellenceExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPolished and professional presentation with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile and discerning clienteleStrong commercial awareness with an understanding of patient retention and practice performanceAvailable to join preferably by DecemberOpen to candidates seeking full-time or part-time opportunities
