Practice Manager – Key Job DetailsWe’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Practice Manager to join our growing outpatient psychiatry practice specializing in depression and anxiety, including medication management, TMS, and Spravato.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the practice.
• Lead, hire, train, and manage administrative staff.
• Improve scheduling, patient flow, and overall patient experience.
• Oversee insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate TMS and Spravato administrative workflows.
• Work with billing to improve collections and reduce errors.
• Develop policies, procedures, and staff training systems.
• Monitor performance, solve problems, and build systems to support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of behavioral health management experience.
• Proven staff leadership and management skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growing practice.
