Practice Manager – Legal Practices & HR

About the RoleWe are a growing boutique law firm seeking an experienced Practice Manager to support the management of our legal teams, enhance operational efficiency and contribute to an excellent client experience.The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder, Managing Partner and the Heads of our three (3) Practice Areas—Litigation, Arbitration & DIFC, and Transactions & Regulatory.Key Responsibilities* Practice Management: Coordinate teams, resources, workflows and priorities across the three Practice Areas.* Team Performance: Support performance management, professional development, collaboration and effective delivery of responsibilities.* Client Experience: Help enhance responsiveness, communication and consistency in client service.* Human Resources: Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, performance appraisals and employee transitions.* Professional Standards: Support compliance with internal policies, confidentiality obligations, professional ethics and workplace standards.* Leadership Support: Assist the Founder and Practice Heads with staffing, team coordination and practice management initiatives.Candidate Requirements* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, people management or professional services operations.* Demonstrated experience managing professional teams and working directly with senior leadership.* Sound knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR practices.* Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.* A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.* Excellent written and spoken English.
