Practice Nurse | Key Health We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team and work from all our Key Health clinics.In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice environment, working closely with doctors and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Practice Nurse, your duties will include:Providing clinical care in line with professional and safety standardsConducting immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and triageSupporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiativesAssisting doctors with procedures and clinical tasksMaintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentationEnsuring infection control procedures and policies are followedManaging clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment roomsSupporting quality improvement activities and practice accreditationEducating patients on health management, treatments, and preventative careSupporting and guiding other staff as requiredAbout YouYou are a proactive and organised nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high safety standards.Essential:Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)Current CPR certificationCurrent professional indemnity insuranceStrong communication and teamwork skillsDesirable:Experience in general practice or primary healthcareExperience in chronic disease management and health assessmentsFamiliarity with Best Practice softwareWhat We OfferSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to contribute to patient care and community healthOngoing development and professional growth, including exposure to Clinical Trials and Occupational Medicine
