We're working with an award-winning architectural practice renowned for delivering exceptional prime and super-prime residential projects for discerning private clients. They are now seeking a Practice Operations Coordinator to become a key member of the team, supporting the day-to-day operation of the practice and helping ensure the business continues to run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, commercially aware and proactive individual who enjoys improving processes, supporting people and ensuring a busy professional practice operates efficiently. Working closely with the Practice Manager and senior leadership team, you'll become a central figure within the studio, helping to shape the operational success of the business. The Role This is a varied role combining operations, facilities, administration and people support. You'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience and support the continued growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the practice, ensuring the studio runs efficiently and professionallySupporting and coordinating the administration and support teamsMonitoring operational expenditure and maintaining accurate records across suppliers, subscriptions and office costsWorking closely with senior management to identify and implement operational improvementsSupporting employee onboarding, wellbeing initiatives and wider HR administrationManaging facilities, office maintenance, contractors and supplier relationshipsActing as the internal point of contact for IT and operational systems, coordinating with external providersSupporting financial administration, budget monitoring and operational reportingLeading project audits and helping maintain internal procedures and quality standardsCoordinating internal events, CPD programmes and initiatives that contribute to a positive studio cultureAbout YouPrevious experience within an Operations, Practice Management, Office Management or Studio Management roleHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy professional environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to work alongside senior leadershipCommercially aware with experience monitoring budgets, suppliers or operational expenditureProactive, solutions-focused and always looking for ways to improve processesComfortable coordinating facilities, IT suppliers and office operationsExperience within an architectural, design, engineering or professional services environment would be advantageousWhy This Role?
