Educators are empowered with resources, professional development, and a supportive community to help students reach their fullest potential.Role Description The Pre Kindergarten Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing classroom activities, managing a safe and engaging learning environment, observing and documenting student progress, and communicating regularly with families and school leadership. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum alignment, participate in staff meetings and professional development, and contribute to school events and initiatives that enhance the early childhood program.Qualifications Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education, with knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for Pre Kindergarten learners.Demonstrated Kindergarten and Teaching experience, with the ability to create inclusive, engaging, and student-centered classrooms.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, including aligning learning activities with educational standards and school guidelines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff.Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field; relevant teaching certification is preferred.Strong classroom management skills, commitment to child safety and well-being, and willingness to engage in ongoing professional growth.Experience in international or multicultural school settings and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
