It is not a hands-on field service position.The RoleProvide technical pre-sales support, including UPS selection, sizing and proposalsReview customer specifications and recommend suitable power solutionsSupport sales meetings, presentations and technical discussionsDeliver virtual and on-site product demonstrations and trainingProvide remote technical support and troubleshootingWork closely with customers, distributors and engineering teamsTravel to customer and partner sites when requiredWhat We’re Looking ForBackground in UPS, critical power, electrical engineering, power systems, switchgear or renewable energyTechnical pre-sales, applications or technical support experienceStrong presentation and customer-facing communication skillsComfortable communicating with engineers and senior decision-makersElectrical Engineering degree or related technical qualification preferredBased in Miami or willing to relocateEarly-career candidates with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to applyPackageCompetitive salary dependent on experienceBonus and commissionExcellent progression opportunitiesOpportunity to join a growing US operation at an early stage
