Role Description The Pre Primary Academic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the academic program for early years, ensuring age-appropriate, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes planning and aligning the curriculum with school guidelines and education standards, coordinating lesson plans, and supporting teachers with instructional resources.QualificationsStrong foundation in early childhood education, with experience in pre-primary or primary teaching and academic coordination.Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to early years learners.Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, school leadership, and parents.Experience in academic advising, mentoring educators, and supporting student learning pathways.Ability to conduct research on best practices in early childhood education and integrate evidence-based methods.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; specialized training in early childhood education is preferred.Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, child-centered pedagogy and holistic development.
