This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in the precious metals sector.Your core responsibilities will include:Sorting, valuing, and purchasing pre-owned scrap jewellery from a diverse client base.Engaging with clients and providing outstanding customer service.Conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and client due diligence checks.Supporting a range of other operational and administrative tasks as you progress through training.About YouWe are looking for a proactive and trustworthy graduate who is eager to learn and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You should be:A strong communicator with interpersonal skills.Confident dealing with clients in person, by phone, and by email, with a professional and customer-focused approach. Proficient PC skills, numerically capable, with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge or experience in jewellery, antiques, or pawnbroking is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.
