You'd be placed into client engagements covering rotating equipment — motors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, fans — plus process assets where the client has the sensor history to support it.Expect to work from plant historians (PI, Ignition, Wonderware), CMMS work-order history (Maximo, SAP PM), and vibration route data. Expect the data to be imperfect: inconsistent asset hierarchies, free-text work orders, sensors recalibrated without anyone logging it. Expect very few labelled failures, because well-maintained plants don't produce many.
