Prep & Packager (Day Shift 6:30am to 3:00pm)

We are looking for someone who is aligned with our core values of Ownership, Progressive, Efficient and Enjoyable Experiences.THE OPPORTUNITY:The Prep & Packer is responsible for collecting painted manufactured parts, and packaging them in accordance with the picking list and Manufacturing Orders. They are also responsible for assembling parts, packaging, making skids, and wrapping products in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They are required to ensure all manufactured components meet quality and production targets while complying with all company health and safety policies and procedures.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with Tayco's motivated and engaging Team, enjoy Tayco's fantastic Culture which has won us Great Place to Work and Best in Manufacturing, as well as be an important part of our exciting growth.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferably has previous work experience in a manufacturing facilityIs able to achieve results and drive efficiencies in their day-to-day work. Is able to work independently or as a part of a teamIs able to understand and follow established personal safety, security, and environmental practices.
