🚀 We're Hiring | Presales Consultant – OEM | Navi Mumbai 🚀Are you passionate about solving complex IT infrastructure challenges and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions?📍 Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)💼 Experience: 3–8 YearsMotadata is looking for an experienced Presales Consultant to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai (candidates willing to relocate are also welcome).What You'll Do✔️ Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements✔️ Conduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, and product demonstrations✔️ Design solution architectures, technical proposals, SOWs, and BOMs✔️ Build and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned with customer environments✔️ Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle✔️ Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical consultation for enterprise opportunities✔️ Help customers modernize their IT Operations through Monitoring, Observability, and ITSM solutionsWe're Looking For✅ Experience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms✅ Hands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix✅ Knowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, and Hybrid Environment Monitoring✅ Understanding of Metrics, Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics✅ Familiarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skillsIf you're passionate about enterprise technology, enjoy solving customer challenges, and want to work with a leading IT Operations & Observability platform, we'd love to hear from you.
