We're a technology solutions provider specializing in ITIL Consultancy & ITSM Solutions.Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise and understand IT products and solutions to offer accurate recommendations tailored to client needsEngage with clients to identify their business requirements through discovery calls and meetingsDeliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrationsRespond to product inquiries and offer expert advice to build strong client relationshipsCollaborate with the sales team to assess technical feasibility and contribute to proposalsAddress technical objections and provide support to help close salesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Very good command of English (both written and spoken).Strong knowledge of IT solutions, systems, and technologies.
