The company offers a stable environment for professionals seeking to grow their careers in the contracting and maintenance sector.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Presales Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions for contracting and maintenance projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical presentations and proposals, conducting site visits, performing solution design and integration planning, and supporting demonstrations of systems and services. The role involves responding to technical queries, coordinating with engineering and operations teams, and ensuring proposed solutions align with industry standards, security requirements, and client expectations. The Presales Engineer will also assist in developing technical documentation, contributing to tenders, and providing ongoing technical support during the presales and handover phases.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Presales and Sales skills, including requirements gathering, solution presentation, and proposal support.Candidates should possess solid Technical Support skills to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.Candidates should possess Integration and Security skills to design cohesive solutions that meet project specifications and compliance standards.This includes preparing quotations, communicating with subcontractors and owners, and preparing tenders.Relevant experience in contracting, construction, building maintenance, or related engineering fields is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site, conduct client meetings and site assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Familiarity with international standards, industry best practices, and regional market requirements within the United Arab Emirates.
