Presales Engineer

APTWatch is looking for a technically strong and client-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to support the growth of our AI-driven cybersecurity and enterprise solutions.In this role, you will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business and technical requirements, design suitable solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and translate customer needs into clear technical proposals.Key Responsibilities* Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective clients.* Understand business challenges and translate them into solution requirements.* Deliver presentations and live demonstrations of APTWatch products and services.* Design high-level solution architectures and integration approaches.* Prepare technical proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, and compliance matrices.* Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and technical evaluations.* Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and Cybersecurity teams.* Communicate product capabilities, technical value, limitations, and implementation requirements clearly.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of APTWatch solutions, industry trends, and customer requirements.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.* Previous experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise software.* Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas: * Cybersecurity and GRC * Artificial Intelligence and AI agents * ERP and enterprise applications * Cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and system integration* Ability to prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations.* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.Preferred Qualifications* Experience responding to RFPs and preparing technical proposals.* Familiarity with Saudi cybersecurity and data regulations, including NCA controls and PDPL.* Experience with enterprise or government clients in Saudi Arabia.* Relevant technical, cloud, cybersecurity, or project-management certifications.
