Presales Engineer – ELV / Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, VMS, ICT Solutions)About the OpportunityWe are hiring a Presales Engineer – ELV Systems and Security Systems Engineer for a fast-growing UAE-based system integration company operating in ELV, ICT infrastructure, low current systems, and physical security solutions.This role focuses on delivering end-to-end presales engineering support across enterprise security and ELV projects, including CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Video Management Systems (VMS), ICT networking solutions, and integrated ELV system design.The role is highly involved in technical solutioning, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and client engagement to support winning bids and delivering competitive system integration solutions in the UAE market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide presales engineering support for ELV systems, security systems, and ICT infrastructure solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, ANPR, Intrusion Detection Systems, and VMS platformsDesign end-to-end ELV and ICT system integration solutions based on client RFPs and technical requirementsPrepare detailed BOQs, cost estimations, technical proposals, and tender documentation for system integration projectsEnsure compliance with UAE authority standards including SIRA and ADMCC requirements along with international ELV and security standardsConduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and value engineering discussions with clientsCoordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams for smooth project executionWork with vendors and distributors for product selection, pricing, and technical validationSupport presales solution optimization and cost-effective system design for competitive biddingRequirementsProven UAE experience in ELV systems, security systems integration, or ICT presales engineering is mandatoryStrong knowledge of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, VMS platforms, networking, and ICT solutionsExperience with leading VMS platforms such as Hikvision, Digifort, Milestone, Genetec, or equivalentBasic knowledge of AutoCAD with ability to review ELV drawings and coordinate with design teamsStrong understanding of SIRA and ADMCC compliance requirements for UAE security projectsExperience in BOQ preparation, technical proposal writing, and presales engineering supportStrong communication, client-facing, and technical presentation skillsMust currently be based in the UAEImportant Note (Please Read Carefully)Only candidates with UAE experience in ELV / Security / ICT systems will be consideredThis role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentOnly apply if you are willing to be part of a new startup company and are ready to take on challenges in a dynamic, high-growth environmentThe company operates as a UAE-based SME (sole proprietorship) in the system integration sectorWhy This RoleExposure to advanced ELV, ICT, and security system integration projects across UAE enterprise and commercial sectorsStrong involvement in presales engineering, solution architecture, and technical sales lifecycleOpportunity to directly contribute to winning projects and shaping technical solutionsFast-paced environment with visibility across engineering, sales, and project delivery teams#PresalesEngineer #ELVSystems #SecuritySystems #CCTVSystems #AccessControlSystems #VMS #ICTSolutions #SystemIntegration #LowCurrentSystems #BOQ #AutoCAD #SIRAUAE #ADMCC #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #HiringUAE #EngineeringJobs #TechJobsUAE #TechnicalSales #SolutionEngineer #PresalesEngineering #Networking #IPSystems #B2BTech #SecuritySolutions #StartupJobs #SystemIntegrator
