Location: Cairo, EgyptAbout the RoleWe are looking for a customer-facing Presales Engineer who can turn business requirements into well-designed IT and cybersecurity solutions.You will work with clients, sales teams, and vendors to understand technical challenges, define solution architectures, and develop compelling proposals.

Your focus will be on technical discovery, solution design, and supporting opportunities from qualification to deal closure.What You Will DoEngage with clients to understand their business objectives, technical environments, and IT and cybersecurity challenges.Design tailored, end-to-end solutions aligned with customer requirements.Define solution architectures and integration approaches.Present technical recommendations and explain their business value to technical and executive stakeholders.Lead technical engagements throughout the presales cycle.Prepare and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and technical and commercial proposals.Collaborate with sales colleagues, internal technical teams, and vendors to develop competitive solutions.Support offerings spanning cybersecurity technologies, governance and risk advisory, and security assessment services.Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.Stay current with relevant technology, cybersecurity, and market developments.Essential RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in a similar presales or solutions engineering role.Strong knowledge of IT and cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions.Experience designing end-to-end solutions and explaining technical architectures in business terms.Experience preparing RFP/RFI responses and technical and commercial proposals.Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.Experience working in technology-focused, project-oriented organizations and matrix environments.Experience working with global clients.Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred BackgroundExperience in a B2B environment.Understanding of MSP and MSSP business models.An established network of technology and security decision-makers.What We Offer
