You will provision and support prospect sandboxes, answer API and integration questions, and build technical POCs that prove our platform works in the client's world.This is a hands-on technical role focused on helping prospects evaluate and choose Digibanc™. Once a customer signs, ongoing support moves to Delivery, so you stay focused on enabling new deals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSandbox & Demo EnvironmentsProvision prospect sandboxes within two business days and resolve issues during evaluationMaintain demo and sandbox environments, including AI demo assets and localised demo dataRun readiness checks before scheduled demos and sandbox sessionsTechnical EnablementAnswer API and integration queries from prospects and partners within two business daysBuild and run technical POCs to agreed scope, timeline, and success criteriaRun developer walkthroughs of Digibanc™ APIs and integration patternsKeep the integration knowledge base (FAQs, API guides, sample flows) current with each releaseHandover & CollaborationHand over sandbox and integration support to Delivery or Support within five business days of contract signatureCoordinate with DevOps on environment infrastructure and with Product on release changesREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience3-5 years in implementation, integration, or solutions engineering, ideally on banking or fintech platformsExperience supporting external technical teams or customersSkillsHands-on with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Postman or similar toolsWorking knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Scripting in Python or JavaScript for test data and POC automationClear communicator who can explain technical detail to non-engineersNice to HaveExperience with Kubernetes or containerized environmentsKnowledge of ISO 20022, Open Banking, or card payment integrationExposure to AI or LLM APIsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORA methodical troubleshooter who enjoys making things workSomeone who understands that a smooth sandbox can win a dealDisciplined about boundaries between pre-sale and post-sale supportWhy Join Us?At Codebase Technologies, you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that redefine financial services across emerging and developed markets.
