We're Hiring — For High-Achievers📍 India | 🤝 Yealink x Beetel | 💼 Enterprise Communication, Simplified"Yealink's presence in India is anchored by its strategic partnership with Beetel Teletech Limited, appointed as the national distributor for Yealink's product portfolio. We move real volume, we own real relationships, and we are not looking for maintainers. We are looking for people who want to build. There is no playbook waiting for you in either role below. You are writing it. ROLE 1: Presales & Postsales Engineer (PROAV Expert) — Yealink Business | Pan-India travel 📍 Delhi/NCR | Budget- Not a Constraint for the right candidate. You will own the entire technical customer lifecycle for our Yealink Enterprise business — demo to POC to deployment to escalation. Not a slice of it. All of it.Who this is NOT for - If you've only ever run demos someone else designed, this isn't for you.If you think in ticket counts instead of funnel conversion and account retention, this is the wrong role.If you need a big support team behind you before you'll pick up an escalation, you'll be frustrated here. You ARE the escalation team.If you've never trained a partner or stood in front of a CXO and defended a solution, you won't have the range this role demands. What you're getting into Own Demo → POC → Funnel conversion, and report win/loss straight to the National Business Head.Be the L2/L3 escalation point. Drive root cause analysis. Close it within SLANo hiding behind "still investigating." Build and certify a partner network that can support itself, because you trained them right. Go head-to-head with Competition brands in technical evaluations — and win on substance.Who you are 4–8 years in Presales/Postsales/Technical Support across UC&C, IT hardware, networking or telecom.Fluent in SIP, VoIP, video conferencing, and structured RCA — not buzzwords, real troubleshooting. Comfortable owning a room of CXOs one day and a partner training session the next. Ready to travel hard, work with minimal supervision, and be judged on outcomes, not hours logged.
