Presales Leadership● Build and lead the Presales function at Shaip.● Create scalable presales processes, documentation, and solution templates.● Mentor and develop the Presales team.● Define technical standards and best practices for solution design.2. Solution Architecture● Understand customer business problems and translate them into technical AI data solutions.● Design end-to-end AI data workflows including:○ Data Collection○ Data Annotation○ RLHF○ LLM Fine-tuning○ Speech AI○ Computer Vision○ Healthcare AI○ Human-in-the-loop operations● Design scalable workflows for enterprise AI projects.● Recommend automation strategies to reduce manual effort, operational cost, and delivery timelines.● Develop customized delivery frameworks based on customer requirements.3. Customer Consulting● Participate in discovery workshops and client meetings.● Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers.● Present solution architecture during customer calls.● Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.● Respond to technical questions from procurement, IT, security, and engineering teams.4. Information Security & Compliance Design solutions aligned with:● ISO 27001● SOC 2● HIPAA● GDPR● Client-specific security requirementsWork closely with security teams to complete:● Security questionnaires● Risk assessments● Technical compliance documentation5. Cost Optimization● Design commercially viable delivery models.● Reduce FTE dependency using automation and AI.● Improve delivery efficiency through process optimization.● Create cost estimation models and pricing assumptions.● Support profitability analysis before project execution.6.
