You will act as a technical advisor and solution strategist, working closely with customers, sales, delivery, and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and future-ready custom applications.This role demands a deep understanding of modern software development practices, legacy system transformation, and client-centric solutioning. From capturing requirements and crafting solution blueprints to building compelling proposals and leading technical demos, you will help position Malomatia as a trusted partner in delivering high-impact digital solutions.Job Specifications:Arabic Speaker• 5+ years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or architecture roles, preferably with a system integrator or enterprise service provider.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.• Strong experience in custom application design and delivery, including one or more of the following:o Java, .NET, Python-based frameworkso Low-code platformso Cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP• Optional: Previous hands-on working experience implementing data & AI solutions. Including hands-on experience using Microsoft Azure Data & AI, Copilot, and OpenAI.• Experience with legacy modernization, including system refactoring, containerization, or API enablement.• Understanding of enterprise integration, workflow orchestration, and security considerations in application design.• Demonstrated ability to create technical presentations, solution architecture diagrams, PoC environments, and proposal artifacts.• Prior exposure to agile delivery, DevOps practices, and multi-tier application architectures.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with mastery of English and ArabicRoles & Responsibilities:• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Presales Solution Consultant to join our Application Development & Modernization business unit.• This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, bringing deep knowledge of custom software development, legacy applications modernization, cloud-native application design, mobile-applications development, and low-code/no-code platforms.• The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end presales lifecycle, including discovery sessions, solution design, technical presentations, proposals, and collaboration with delivery and sales teams.• You will support opportunities across government and enterprise clients, helping shape andCollaborate with the sales team to qualify and shape opportunities across Custom Application development and modernization domains.• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, pain points, and transformation needs.• Translate customer requirements into high-level solution designs and technical proposals, aligned with best practices in architecture, scalability, and performance.• Lead technical discussions and deliver compelling solution demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, and proof of concepts (PoCs).• Respond to technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, and compliance matrices, and develop tailored proposals and value propositions.• Draft and review Statements of Work (SOWs), and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for custom applications and modernization services.• Contribute to bid strategy, proposal creation, pricing inputs, and partner coordination when needed.• Maintain deep awareness of industry trends, tools, and delivery models (e.g., microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, API-first, cloud-native, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and low-code platforms like Power Platform).• Support go-to-market strategies, playbooks, and enablement efforts for application development offerings.
