Preschool Lead Teacher

We're Hiring!Yayasan Kreasi Penerus Asa is a growing preschool organization founded in Jakarta, committed to providing high-quality early childhood education that nurtures creativity, curiosity, and character.Following the success of our first school in Jakarta, we are now expanding and opening a new branch in Batam. We are seeking a collaborative and inspiring Lead Teacher to lead this new school and bring our educational vision to life.As the Preschool Lead Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the school's culture, guiding teachers, and ensuring that every child experiences the joy of learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment.Responsibilities:Plan and prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and engaging classroom activities suitable for early years students.Lead Pre-K (3-4 years old) classroom activities and conduct teaching sessions in line with the daily schedule.Support children individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and development.Build positive relationships with students and create a safe, nurturing learning environmentCommunicate with parents through Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC), Parent Initial Meetings (PIM), or other meetings when neededQualifications:Minimum 4 years of proven experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten settingPrior experience as a Kindergarten Lead Teacher in an international preschool is highly preferredFluent in written and spoken English is mandatoryFluent in Mandarin or have experience teaching Mandarin for kindergarten is a plus pointPassionate about Early Childhood EducationA lifelong learnerIf you are a educator with a heart for children and a drive to lead a growing school community, we'd love to hear from you!📩 Please send your CV and cover letter to apply.batam@lillipods.sch.id with the subject line:“Lead Teacher Position_Name”Let's nurture the next generation—with heart, creativity, and purpose.
