Cultivay emphasizes learning through everyday life, interactive activities, play, and engagement with the environment to support self-directed learning and children’s ownership of their educational paths.Role Description The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate, bilingual learning experiences for children in an early childhood setting. This full-time, on-site role in Jeddah includes planning and delivering lessons that encourage play-based learning, exploration, and active engagement with the environment. The Preschool Teacher observes and documents children’s progress, collaborates with the multidisciplinary team on individualized support plans, and maintains a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom. Daily tasks also involve communicating regularly with families, preparing learning materials, managing classroom routines, and fostering a positive atmosphere that respects each child’s unique background and learning style.Qualifications Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten teaching practices.Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning aligned with child-centered learning.Experience with Curriculum Development that supports bilingual, play-based, and inclusive education.Excellent Communication skills with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members.Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Experience working in preschool or early childhood settings, preferably in bilingual environments.Demonstrated ability to create safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning spaces.Flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to collaborative, learner-focused practices.
