This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premium early learning environment where creativity, innovation, and child-centric education are at the heart of everything we do.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences based on early childhood education principles.Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and independence.Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental milestones and learning progress.Build strong partnerships with parents through regular communication, updates, and feedback.Prepare and maintain an organized, aesthetically inviting classroom with appropriate learning materials and resources.Ensure children’s safety, well-being, hygiene, and emotional security at all times.Collaborate with the Head of School and fellow educators to plan curriculum, events, celebrations, and school initiatives.Participate actively in training programmes, professional development sessions, and contribute to a positive school culture.Candidate’s ProfileWe’re looking for educators who are:a. Passionate about Early Childhood Education.b. Warm, patient, energetic, and child-focused.c. Creative, observant, and highly organized.d. Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.e. Collaborative team players with a positive attitude and growth mindset.f.
