Freedom Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. is the brokerage firm of Freedom Holding, a dynamic and rapidly growing financial services company operating in the banking, brokerage, and insurance sectors, now preparing to launch operations in Türkiye.We're looking for someone to become the face of our financial content: a person who talks about the markets on camera consistently, engagingly and professionally, explains complex things in plain language, and comes up with episode topics on their own rather than just reading a prepared script.ResponsibilitiesContent & PreparationIndependently come up with topics and ideas for episodes: interesting facts about financial markets, news breakdowns, recommendations for investorsPrepare the structure and script for each episode (key points, key figures, examples)Keep track of current market developments (equities, currencies, commodities, etc.) so that content stays timelyFact-check figures and statements before recording; avoid distortions and unverified claimsFilming / On-Camera WorkStay confident and natural on camera: clear speech, confident delivery, eye contact with the lensDeliver a consistent level of energy and quality from episode to episodeDo multiple takes when needed and quickly correct slips and mistakesWork with the production crew to achieve the desired resultFormat & DeliveryAdapt delivery to different formats: long-form episodes, short videos (Shorts/Reels), interviews, podcastsExplain complex financial topics in simple, accessible languageGive structured recommendations to investors (with risk disclaimers, no guaranteed returns)Post-ProductionTake part in approving the final edit (checking key messages and accuracy of wording)Record additional voice-overs, captions and correction takes when neededRequirementsKnowledge of Financial MarketsUnderstanding of basic and advanced concepts: equities, bonds, currencies, indices, derivatives, etc.Ability to analyze market news and events and explain their impact in plain languageProficiency in fundamental and technical analysisAbility to formulate investor recommendations based on up-to-date information, with a clear sense of responsibility for what is saidOn-Camera SkillsExperience in public speaking, on-camera work, hosting live streams/podcasts is requiredGood diction; confident and natural speaking styleAbility to hold the audience's attention and adjust energy to the format (long-form video / short clip)Content GenerationAbility to come up with on-air topics independently, without ready-made script templatesExperience in financial media (YouTube channels, Telegram channels, financial outlets) is an advantageRunning your own finance blog/channel is a big plusAdditionalA responsible approach to accuracy (reputational risks in financial content are higher than in a regular blog)Willingness to film regularly according to the studio scheduleA degree in finance or economics is an advantage
