The institution values ethical leadership, academic integrity, and strong partnerships with local and international stakeholders.Role Description The President is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Singapore, responsible for the overall strategic direction, academic excellence, and operational effectiveness of Buraydah Colleges. This role oversees the development and implementation of institutional strategies, policies, and long-term plans aligned with the mission and vision of the colleges. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the executive team, managing academic and administrative units, ensuring high standards in teaching, research, and student services, and maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. The President represents the institution in external relations, cultivates partnerships with governmental bodies, industry, and other educational institutions, and leads fundraising and resource development efforts. The role also includes monitoring financial performance, guiding budgetary decisions, promoting a positive and inclusive campus culture, and reporting regularly to the governing board.Qualifications Proven leadership experience in higher education or a related sector, with a strong record of strategic planning and institutional management.Advanced academic credentials, preferably a doctoral degree, in a relevant field such as education, management, or a discipline offered by the institution.Demonstrated ability in academic administration, including oversight of curricula, research initiatives, and quality assurance processes.Strong financial and operational management skills, with experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Experience in building partnerships, fundraising, and representing institutions to governmental agencies, accreditation bodies, and community organizations.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and the promotion of a respectful, collaborative campus environment.Ability to work on-site in Singapore and to adapt to local regulatory, cultural, and educational contexts.
