We're Looking for a Leader Who Believes No Veteran Should Face the Next Battle Alone. Some veterans make it through a crisis only to face another challenge: finding the ongoing mental health support they need. The waiting. The uncertainty. The difficulty of navigating resources when they're already carrying so much. That's the gap Operation Quiet Bridge exists to help close. Our mission is to sponsor free, trauma-informed therapy for veterans, initially focusing on Arizona, and help ensure that those who need continued care have a bridge to support. Now, we're looking for our next President. Not simply someone to lead meetings, manage initiatives, or carry a title.We're looking for someone who sees what we're trying to accomplish and thinks, "I want to be part of making that happen." • Bring an innovative vision to life by helping secure the partnerships and resources needed to develop a veteran wellness mobile app.
• Create something sustainable that can continue serving veterans and growing its impact for years to come. Who Are We Hoping to Find? Someone who cares deeply about the well-being of our veterans and has the leadership, determination, and initiative to help us move forward. You might have experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, business development, strategic partnerships, or community outreach. Perhaps you're a veteran yourself. Perhaps you've supported someone through mental health challenges. Or perhaps you simply believe that those who have served our country deserve better access to care. Experience with grants, nonprofit funding, digital health, or veteran services would be especially valuable. But you don't need to check every box. What matters most is that you believe in this mission, can bring people together, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to help make things happen.
