Our client is a high-growth, technology-enabled company serving the rapidly expanding data center, AI infrastructure, hyperscale, cloud, and mission-critical infrastructure markets. The company is seeking an accomplished President / Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth, operational transformation, and market expansion.The successful executive will be an entrepreneurial, commercially driven leader with a proven record of building and scaling businesses in data centers, AI infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, power generation, cooling, mission-critical systems, industrial technology, engineered products, construction/EPC, or related infrastructure markets.The President/CEO will have full responsibility for the company's P&L, strategy, growth, operations, commercial organization, customer relationships, talent, and shareholder value creation.This is an opportunity to lead a business positioned at the intersection of several of the world's most significant secular growth trends: AI adoption, hyperscale data-center expansion, cloud computing, electrification, grid modernization, advanced cooling, power availability, and increasing demand for high-density computing infrastructure.Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute a comprehensive 3–5 year growth strategy aligned with the company's market opportunity and shareholder objectives.Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities across AI factories, hyperscale data centers, colocation, edge computing, cloud infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities.Expand the company's addressable market through new products, services, geographies, customers, channels, and strategic partnerships.Evaluate opportunities for organic growth, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and partnerships.Establish clear growth priorities, KPIs, accountability mechanisms, and operating cadence.Position the company as a preferred supplier/partner to major hyperscalers, data-center operators, AI companies, EPC firms, developers, and infrastructure investors.2. Full P&L LeadershipAssume complete responsibility for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and overall financial performance.Drive profitable revenue growth while maintaining appropriate operational discipline.Develop annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and investment priorities.Improve gross margins, EBITDA, productivity, asset utilization, and return on invested capital.Establish rigorous financial and operating dashboards to monitor performance.Balance near-term performance with long-term investment in technology, talent, capacity, and market expansion.3. Commercial & Sales LeadershipPersonally lead the company's most important customer, partner, and strategic-account relationships.Develop and institutionalize a world-class commercial organization.Build relationships with senior executives at hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI companies, data-center developers, colocation operators, utilities, EPC contractors, and infrastructure investors.Develop strategic account plans for the company's largest customers.Increase wallet share, customer penetration, recurring revenue, and long-term contracts.Develop pricing strategies that appropriately reflect the company's technology, intellectual property, capacity, and value proposition.Create a culture of customer intimacy, accountability, speed, and measurable sales execution.4. Data Center & AI Infrastructure Market LeadershipThe CEO will serve as a senior industry ambassador and help shape the company's position within the rapidly evolving data-center ecosystem.Key areas include:Power → Electrical Infrastructure → Generation → Cooling → Construction/EPC → Compute → Networking → Storage → Data Centers → AI/Cloud CustomersThe executive should understand the increasing convergence between:AI compute and data-center architecturePower generation and grid infrastructureHigh-voltage electrical systemsLiquid and advanced coolingGPU/accelerator infrastructureNetworking and connectivityData-center construction and modularizationEnergy management and optimizationAI infrastructure softwareHyperscale and colocation developmentThe CEO should anticipate market shifts and ensure the company is positioned ahead of customer demand rather than simply responding to existing programs.5. Operations & Supply ChainEnsure the company has the operational capacity to support rapid market growth.Improve manufacturing, engineering, project execution, quality, delivery, and customer service.Build scalable processes capable of supporting hyperscale and mission-critical customers.Strengthen strategic sourcing and supplier relationships.Develop resilient supply chains for critical components and systems.Drive continuous improvement, automation, digitalization, and productivity initiatives.Ensure the organization can scale without compromising quality, safety, delivery, or customer satisfaction.8.
