PRESS BRAKE LEAD SETUP/OPERATORLocation: Peabody, MA | Work Arrangement: In-PersonPay: $24–$45/hourSchedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime availableKey Requirement: Amada RG Series press brakes + NC9EX controlsPosition OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Press Brake Lead Setup/Operator to program, set up, operate, and verify medium to complex jobs.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing up to six team members, while supporting production performance, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do Program, set up, operate, and verify medium to complex press brake jobs Operate and program Amada RG Series press brakes with NC9EX controls Lead, train, and mentor up to six employees Interpret job requirements and operational specifications Troubleshoot production and operational challenges Work with supervisors and other departments to improve processes and productivity Maintain ISO standards and safety procedures Provide technical support and assist with customer problem-solving when neededWhat You’ll Bring 2+ years of press brake setup lead experience 5+ years of precision press brake setup or operation experience Skilled in operating, programming, and setting up Amada RG Series press brakes with NC9EX controls Ability to lead, train, and mentor a team Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience with complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives Comfortable interacting with internal teams and customersCompensation & Benefits $24–$45/hour, based on experience Overtime available 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time offWHY JOIN?
