SEED aims to become a trusted destination for community-focused wellness in the region.Role Description The Preventative/Community Medicine Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The specialist will provide patient-centered preventative care, conduct community health assessments, and design longevity and prevention programs tailored to the needs of diverse populations. Daily responsibilities include consulting with patients and families, performing routine examinations, managing chronic disease prevention plans, and coordinating care with other physicians and allied health professionals. The role involves leading and participating in health education initiatives, workshops, and outreach activities to promote healthy lifestyles and early intervention. The specialist will also contribute to clinical documentation, quality improvement efforts, and evidence-based protocol development that align with SEED’s holistic approach.QualificationsStrong foundation in Medicine and Family Medicine, with experience in preventative and community-based care.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain medical information clearly and build trust with diverse patient populations.Proven experience Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care.Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) and valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in Qatar.Training or experience in public health, community medicine, or wellness-oriented practices is highly beneficial.Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and patient safety.
