Monetization Operations Analyst (Contract)We are supporting a leading international digital marketplace in the search for a Monetization Operations Analyst to join a team responsible for pricing, promotions, seller incentives, and commercial operations across multiple European markets.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting pricing, promotions, commercial operations, revenue operations, or finance processes within a complex international organisation.Contract details: Full-time, based in Berlin office (hybrid set-up). Contract duration until end of the year, with very high chances of extension!ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of special pricing agreements, seller incentives, and promotional campaignsCoordinate with multiple stakeholders including commercial, finance, legal, product, analytics, and customer-facing teamsAssess the financial impact of pricing changes, fee reductions, and promotional initiativesMaintain pricing and contract information within internal business systemsBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking toolsMonitor performance and identify opportunities, risks, and process improvementsSupport the implementation of commercial decisions and ensure data accuracy across systemsPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholdersRequirementsExperience in pricing, commercial operations, revenue operations, finance operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical functionAdvanced Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detailExperience working across multiple departments and stakeholdersComfortable managing operational processes within large organisationsExperience with promotions, discounts, incentives, fee structures, contracts, or pricing activities is highly desirableStrong communication skills in English
