Pricing Analyst

Please ensure it is up to date and checked regularly---About the RoleThe role is to turn business data into insights, recommendations, and growth strategies across Circa’s online and offline channels.Key Responsibilities1. Analysis & InsightsAnalyze multi-channel business data across online and offline channels, including traffic, conversion, retention, basket size, store revenue, foot traffic, and POS performanceBuild and monitor growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention cohorts, RFM, funnel conversion, and channel performanceAnalyze customer behavior, customer segmentation, and online-to-offline customer journeysIdentify growth opportunities and business issues through data analysis2. BI & DataBuild, maintain and improve dashboards and self-service reports for business stakeholdersPartner with other departments to ensure data quality and consistency across POS, e-commerce, CRM, and other data sourcesKey RequirementsWork Experience3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Growth Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar roleHands-on experience turning data into business recommendations, not only preparing reportsExperience in e-commerce, retail chains, healthcare, pharmacy, or omnichannel business models is preferredStrong SQL skills, proficient in at least one BI tool such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar toolsStrong data storytelling skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership and non-technical teamsExperience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, forecasting, propensity modeling, or market basket analysis is a plusMindsetAt Buymed, we look for people who are practical, proactive, and comfortable turning plans into real outcomes.
