Retail Price ManagementOwn and manage retail selling prices across stores, website, app, and other digital channels.Establish pricing principles and price positioning for each product category.Review and approve retail prices for new and existing products.Monitor product costs, competitor prices, market movements, and commercial targets to recommend price adjustments.2. Pricing Implementation & ControlWork with Product and Technology teams to configure pricing formulas and rules in relevant systems.Validate calculations and conduct testing before pricing changes are released.Monitor system-generated prices and investigate incorrect or abnormal pricing results.Maintain approval workflows, audit trails, formula versions, parameters, effective dates, exceptions, and manual overrides.3. Pricing Performance AnalysisAnalyze the impact of price and formula changes on sales volume, revenue, gross margin, conversion, and basket size.Monitor price gaps against relevant pharmacy and retail competitors.Identify products or categories that are underpriced, overpriced, or below margin targets.Conduct pre-implementation simulations and post-implementation reviews to recommend formula adjustments.Key RequirementsWork ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Pharmacy, or related fields.3+ years of experience in retail pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, category analytics, or related roles.Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is preferred.Experience managing pricing for a large product portfolio is a strong advantage.Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.Experience with SQL, BI tools, pricing engines, or system-based pricing configuration is an advantage.MindsetAt Buymed, we value outcomes over intentions, and we expect our leaders to be practical, decisive, and grounded in execution.
